  Spoke with Michelle on the phone, and she was able to make a cake for my wife. I wanted one with a theme, which she did very well actually. She even delivered it to the hotel so it would be there and in our room prior to our arrival, great job on customer service as well as being friendly. The reason for the 3 stars however is it was the worst cake I have ever had. I am sorry Michelle, it looked like yellow cake that resembled cornbread texture, dry, bland, and not the white cake I was expecting. The center was supposed to be Bavarian crème, and it most def was not that, as well as the top frosting was supposed to be buttercream but it was so hard and dry, even after 4 hours on the counter it never got soft. It did make good seagull food however, as I seriously couldn't eat it at all, wife couldn't either so we made sure the gulls had it for lunch. Your artwork was nice, pleasing, but tasted bad.

  Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and delicious! Michelle gave us everything we asked for and more. We are from out of state so instead of diving 5 hours to do tasting she sent samples to us and even made us a flavor that wasn't on the menu. Thank you so much! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect cake.
